We would like to share with you a letter which has been sent to our headquarters earlier as follows :

Greetings, our company SOCAR Georgia Petroleum LTD (SGP) is founded by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan.
Our main activity involves import and sales of wide range of oil- products. SGP has more then 20 petrol-stations and 4 oil-storage facilities throughout all of Georgia. During the year of 2007 we imported more then 200,000 tons of oil-products.
Currently we are finishing the construction of big petrol-stations at the strategically important locations of Georgian autobahn. These stations will include hotel, market, tir-park and other services for our customers. The construction is carried out by Turkish firms.
First such petrol-station with tir-park and a fully furnished hotel with 18 rooms will be opened near Tbilisi at the end of January 2008. Soon after that second analogical hotel and tir-park will be opened in the western Georgia and at the end of the year we plan to open third one in Adjaria (the region of Georgia bordering with Turkey).
We propose to interested parties to take over the management of above mentioned hotels, which are brand new and fully furnished and ready for work. No investment of any kind will be needed to start the operation of the hotel. Only the rent price will be paid to SGP and all the revenues will be kept by the Turkish side.
The Turkish embassy in Georgia has recommended your organization to us and we hope that you will thoroughly review our proposal and answer our interest in this matter.
